Willow Restaurant, part of the Parogon Group, opened its Telford location in September 2024, offering a Mediterranean-inspired menu crafted for an all-day dining experience. The space was designed to create a relaxed, botanical atmosphere that transitions seamlessly from bright and airy in the daytime to a cozy, inviting setting for evening dining.

JackEvie contributed to Willow’s aesthetic transformation by providing a bespoke hand-scraped engineered wood floor. The JackEvie floor was selected to complement Willow’s stylish interior, adding warmth and character that elevate the dining experience across various settings—from brunch and cocktails to intimate dinners and family gatherings.
