When The Bellflower in Preston decided to update its interior, JackEvie was proud to supply flooring that would elevate the venue’s Victorian-inspired theme. Two distinct styles were chosen: Finchers Way plank flooring from the Alton Collection and Bulwell Close herringbone flooring from the Branston Collection.

Finchers Way’s brushed, worn, and dented European oak planks bring warmth and charm to the main areas, with their rich brown tones perfectly complementing the interiors earthy palette of olive green, teal, and orange, accented by subtle pinks and William Morris-style tapestries. The UV-oil finish enhances the natural grain, providing a soft sheen that reflects light beautifully, while the authentic texture anchors the eclectic mix of seating styles and fabrics.

In contrast, Bulwell Close adds visual interest with its intricate herringbone pattern, defining key seating clusters and providing a refined counterpoint to the rustic planks. Its medium oak tones harmonise with the vibrant furnishings while introducing a sense of elegance and structure. The interplay of these two flooring styles ties The Bellflower’s design together, balancing heritage with individuality.
