As part of a transformative refurbishment, The Windmill in Portishead has undergone a complete modernisation. This includes the addition of cozy dining areas featuring rustic wall cladding and a stunning new floor from JackEvie.

Crafted bespoke for the project, the new plank floor is made from super rustic-grade engineered oak. Each plank boasts an overall thickness of 21mm, with a 6mm wear layer.

The new floor showcases an abundance of grain markings, streaks, shakes, sapwood, knots, splits, and cracks in various sizes. These unique attributes are filled with black-coloured filler, resulting in a truly authentic-looking floor.

The result of this refurbishment is a stunning transformation of this popular venue on the banks of the Severn Estuary. With its newly installed wood floor and tasteful integration of traditional and modern elements, The Windmill now offers an inviting and sophisticated atmosphere.
