The Baralogist, a shabby-chic and offbeat pub located in the home of a former inventor in Edinburgh, needed a new floor that would complement its eclectic decor. The designers approached JackEvie to create a striking new herringbone floor that would be both stylish and durable.

After a careful assessment of the venue's needs, JackEvie recommended using a combination of mixed colour tones for the herringbone blocks. By laying the blocks in an irregular formation, they were able to create a stunning patterned parquet floor that ran throughout the entire venue. The combination of colours and patterns gave the space a bespoke feel that perfectly complemented the venue's atmosphere.

Throughout the installation process, great care was taken to ensure that each block was was laid out perfectly. The result was a stunning new floor that not only looked great but was also incredibly durable and able to withstand heavy foot traffic and daily wear and tear.
